To invest in this fund there is a minimum of $2,500 needed. There is no transaction fee when done thru fidelity but they do have an expense ratio of 1.20%.
Morningstar rates the Fidelity Small Cap Value Fund (FCPVX) as a high risk high return with 4 stars.
